HVAC restored in Building A’s Zone 3
What happened?
- After 154 days, Building A, Zone 3’s HVAC service has been restored.
- Building A, Zone 3 consists of 6 units per floor, across 4 floors (24 units).
- Occupants were without regular heating or cooling from on or about February 17, 2025 to today (July 21, 2025).
- Some occupants have have been billed for thermal charges while their units were out of service.
- There are ongoing issues with the HVAC systems in all three buildings at West Peak. Read more.

Dear Residents,
We just wanted to update you on the status of your unit’s HVAC. Please be advised that as of Monday, July 21st, 2025, the repairs to the HVAC system in Building A for Zone #3 have been completed. Please note that it may take a few hours for the system to normalize and reach the temperature setpoint for your unit. We will continue to monitor for the next few days to ensure the system is operating as intended.
